Butter – It may not be an obvious choice, but butter can add fat to make your Java richer.

Honey – If you like your coffee sweet, then you might want to substitute the sugar for its healthier cousin.

Oil – MCT and coconut oil are not only healthy, but they also taste great in your coffee.

Pumpkin – Add a teaspoon or two of canned pumpkin puree and taste the difference.

Coconut Cream – Whip it and add it on top of your brew for a desert-like coffee experience.

Spices – Cinnamon, ginger, or even turmeric – whatever your seasoning of choice, you cannot go wrong.

Ice – A couple of ice cubes will take the edge of the strong roast and dilute the flavor.

Egg Yolks – Don’t be disgusted by this and give it a try. These emulsifiers will bring silkiness to your cups that your taste buds will genuinely enjoy.

Adding 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of vanilla to the base recipe adds so much lovely flavor. Cinnamon-vanilla coffee pairs nicely with a slice of carrot cake for an afternoon pick-me-up.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

This Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer recipe couldn’t be any easier! Add 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the base creamer recipe and shake well. You don’t have to wait for the holidays to enjoy this delicious pumpkin creamer!

Honey Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Soothing, delicious, and lightly sweetened, Honey Vanilla Coffee is so good! Mix ¼ cup honey and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract into your base recipe and shake well.

Almond Joy Coffee Creamer

Just like the candy bar, this tasty creamer has 1-2 teaspoons of coconut extract, 1 teaspoon of almond extract and 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup in it. Mix well and enjoy!

Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer

Extra indulgent and oh-so-good, this treat is made by using heavy cream instead of milk in the base recipe. Then, add 2 teaspoons of vanilla (or the scraped insides of 1 vanilla bean) plus 1 teaspoon almond extract. Pair this decadent coffee with a slice of MawMaw’s Chocolate Pecan Pie.

Chocolate-Orange Coffee Creamer

Chocolate, orange, and coffee are such a wonderful combination! Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and 1-2 teaspoons of orange extract to the base creamer and sip on a delicious dessert coffee.

Hazelnut Coffee Creamer

Nutty and rich, if you love hazelnut, you’ll love this hazelnut creamer! Add 2 teaspoons of hazelnut extract to the base and enjoy!

Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee Creamer

Chocolate hazelnut creamer is a classic combination that’s so easy to make! Just add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and 2 teaspoons of hazelnut extract to the base recipe. I love chocolate hazelnut coffee with a slice of Mama’s Italian Cream Cake. So good!

Cinnamon Cake Coffee Creamer

I can’t get enough cinnamon, and I LOVE this cinnamon creamer recipe. I make it by adding 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of vanilla to the base creamer. Shake well and add a generous amount to a freshly-brewed cup of coffee.

Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer

This has been one of my favorites for a long time. Just add 2-3 tablespoons of caramel ice cream topping plus ½ teaspoon of salt to the base creamer. You can also use my recipe for homemade salted caramel in this. Delish!

Eggnog Coffee Creamer

This is the best around the holidays, and it’s so easy to make! Start by making the base creamer recipe but use heavy cream instead of milk. Then, add 1 teaspoon each of vanilla extract and ground nutmeg, and 2 teaspoons rum extract. Fabulous!

Toasted Almond Coffee Creamer

Almond fans love this simple recipe! Just add 2 teaspoons of almond extract to the base recipe and that’s it!

Healthy Coffee Creamer: 7 Ways to Make Homemade …

There are tons of creamers on the market, but when you want to know exactly what's going into your morning brew, these healthy coffee creamers are the best options..
From: greatist.com

As any caffeine junkie knows, coffee isn’t something to be messed with. But that doesn’t mean you have to spring for a $6 latte every time you want something better than drip. There’s an easy middle ground, and it starts with making your own healthy coffee creamer. These homemade coffee creamers will add more flavor to your morning joe than a splash of milk or half-and-half, without weighing it down with syrup and tons of sugar. Add one (or a few!) to your Sunday meal-prep routine for better brews all week.

1. Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Creamer

First of all, this creamer makes a macchiato pour look easy, so that’s a win. It’s also Whole30 approved, which is hard to come by. Whether you’re following the program or not, it’s comforting to know you’re putting only natural ingredients in your coffee. In this case, that’s coconut milk, almond milk, cinnamon, and a vanilla bean.

2. Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer

Unless you’re one of the crazy few who doesn’t like salted caramel, this creamer is good to have on hand when you’re craving something sweet in the morning. First you make a caramel sauce—feel free to save a little for other uses—then you mix it with coconut milk to make it nice and creamy.

3. Paleo Snickers Coffee Creamer

Paleo and Snickers might seem like an impossible duo, but this coffee creamer makes it work. It uses coconut milk, water, cocoa powder, almond extract, and Medjool dates, which add to the flavor’s sweetness and nuttiness. You can store it in the fridge for seven to 10 days, so no need to rush getting through it… though you’ll probably want to.

4. Coconut Vanilla Coffee Creamer

If you just want something plain and simple, this creamer is pretty basic but still delicious. It’s also made with just three ingredients, so you can easily put it together in the morning. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a jar; shake well; and keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to use. It won’t overwhelm your coffee, but a splash does add some creaminess and flavor.

5. Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

You can drink PSLs all year long with this easy pumpkin spice creamer. Cashew milk makes for a creamy base here, and pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg give it that fall-in-a-cup taste we know you want to replicate.

6. Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer

If you prefer chocolate to vanilla or caramel, you’ll want to try out this peppermint mocha creamer. It’s obviously great for winter, but you can make it year-round whenever you’re craving something minty. It gets its sweetness from dates and cocoa powder, while peppermint extract amplifies the taste.

7. Paleo Vanilla Coffee Creamer

OK, now we’re talking super simple. This easy creamer has a longer does-not-include list than it does ingredients. There are only four of the latter—coconut milk, coconut sugar, salt, and vanilla bean—and it works for most special diets. You can drink it if you’re following a Paleo, vegan, or dairy-free diet.

Make your own flavored coffee creamer. You really only need three ingredients, and they’re all things you probably have in your kitchen already. It's the perfect way to upgrade your Ultra Coffee concentrate experience..
From: jot.co

One side effect of switching to using Ultra Coffee concentrate to make your morning cup is having to figure out what to do with all the extra time you now have on your hands.

Since you don’t have to waste twenty minutes every morning dealing with yesterday’s messy grounds, grinding beans, prepping a new pot, and then waiting for that drip drip drip, the morning is your oyster.

Here’s an idea: Spend that bonus time upgrading your Ultra Coffee experience even more by making your own homemade coffee creamer. Hot water, a tablespoon of Ultra Coffee concentrate, and a glug of homemade French vanilla creamer, and you’re in business.

Click here to jump straight learning how to make homemade coffee creamer.

5 reasons to make your own flavored coffee creamer #1: It’s more natural.

I’m not even going to suggest that you go read the ingredient list on that bottle of grocery-store white chocolate-mocha-whatever stuff in your fridge. You don’t. Want. To know.

When you make your own homemade vanilla coffee creamer, though, it’s a different story. You really only need three ingredients, and they’re all things you probably have in your kitchen already. Which means you get to quit drinking an industrial chemistry experiment every time you have your morning Ultra Coffee.

#2: It’s less wasteful.

Is it just me or are store-bought flavored coffee creamer bottles HUGE? It seems like if you don’t chug the stuff it always ends up going bad.

When you make your own flavored coffee creamer at home, you can whip up just a small amount at a time, a few cups’ worth, so if all you want is a splash in your Ultra Coffee, you can do that. The rest won’t just go to waste.

#3: It’s more versatile.

A second problem of having to buy coffee creamer by the freaking jug is that if you happen to be the type of person who likes to enjoy a vanilla cold brew on a Monday but a hot peppermint latte on a Tuesday, then now, all of a sudden, you need to keep two jugs. Who’s got the fridge space?

Our easy coffee creamer recipe starts with making a plain, unflavored, coffee creamer base that you then add flavor to. So if you want to use part of it to whip up a homemade vanilla coffee creamer and then use the rest to make your own peppermint coffee creamer, you can. No extra fridge needed.

#4: It’s made for making your way.

With our Ultra Coffee concentrate, we want you to take your coffee however you like, so long as you take it easy. And this make-your-own coffee creamer recipe is exactly that. If you’re lactose-intolerant or vegan, we’ve made it super easy to adapt it to be a vegan creamer recipe.

All you need to do is first make our recipe for vegan sweetened condensed milk, then proceed with the regular recipe as is (substituting whatever type of non-dairy milk you like). Find the non-dairy condensed milk recipe below.

#5: It’s really good.

This recipe is rich and flavorful and just the right amount of sweet. It blends with Ultra Coffee concentrate perfectly, creamy without being thick. And it doesn’t have any of that weird aftertaste from the artificial flavors and sweeteners in store-bought coffee creamer.

You’re going to love it.

Here’s how to make homemade coffee creamer:

Homemade Flavored Coffee Creamer

Make the base:
In a medium saucepan, over medium-low heat, whisk ingredients together until they come to a simmer. Remove from heat.

Add the flavor:
With milk mixture off the heat, whisk in flavor extracts of your choice. For a classic homemade vanilla coffee creamer, just use vanilla extract. Or, experiment with almond, hazelnut, peppermint, and so on. (Extra points for creativity: try a hazelnut-vanilla latte or use raspberry extract with cocoa powder or chocolate syrup for a raspberry mocha.)

Cool and store:Allow your homemade creamer to cool, then store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

You can easily make this recipe non-dairy by simply substituting non-dairy condensed milk in the same quantity as above.

Here’s our favorite recipe for making vegan condensed milk at home:

Warm ingredients and whisk until sugar is dissolved, then bring to a low simmer, without stirring, for 30–40 minutes or until milk has darkened and volume has reduced by half.

How to Make Homemade Coffee Creamer – [9 Variations]

If you happen to be a coffee addict, like I am, you’ll quickly come to realise that it can be quite an expensive habit. Especially when you’re constantly looking to improve your coffee drinking experience by experimenting with exotic or seasonal flavour additions from time to time.

In my case this usually involves buying an bottle of coffee creamer, using it a couple of times to satisfy my craving and then letting it languish in the fridge till it goes bad. What a horrible waste of resources!

Well, not anymore! I have discovered (rather late in the day) that it is possible to make your own customised coffee creamer at home for literally a fraction of the price. It is an unbelievably simple process too.

All you need are a couple of base recipes for vanilla coffee creamer. Use this as a starting point for an endless combination of flavours that meet your tastes. No more limited store-bought options. The best part is you can do away with all those extra chemicals in store bought creamers and save a few dollars along the way. Win win! So let’s get started.

French Vanilla Coffee Creamer Recipe 1 Ingredients Method

*If you do not have half and half combine 1 cup of milk with 1 cup of heavy cream and proceed with the recipe as given

If you are looking to make a ‘grown-up’ version you could even add a teaspoon or two of a liqueur such as Amaretto or Kahlua to any of these creamer recipes to  give your post dinner coffee a nice pop!

Healthier Non Dairy Coffee Creamer

If you’re trying to make this a little bit healthier, there is a recipe for a coconut milk based creamer that you could try.

Any non dairy milk such as Almond, Cashew or Soy can be substituted for coconut milk with equally good results. You can even use this recipe as the base for trying out different flavour combinations.

Ingredients Method Homemade Powdered Coffee Creamer

All these creamers mentioned above work great! But if you want something that is a little more shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated then this following recipe is perfect for you.

Ingredients: 4 cups milk powder * 1 cup powdered sugar (or use anywhere from 1/2 to 2 cups to achieve your desired sweetness) 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil; 1 Tbsp vanilla powder OR cocoa powder (optional) *Author’s Note: We used non-fat milk powder because we …Learn how to make a low-cost homemade powdered creamer that tastes better than store-bought. Plus, you can easily customize it to fit your tastes!.
From: www.onegoodthingbyjillee.com

If you use creamer in your morning coffee, then I probably don’t even need to tell you that creamers can be expensive! Powdered creamers can be less expensive, but those costs can still add up if you’re buying it frequently. But what if I told you you can have a low-cost coffee creamer that actually tastes better than the stuff from the store? Intrigued?? I sure was!

When I came across the idea for a homemade powdered coffee creamer, I was somewhat skeptical. With only a few ingredients, it seemed almost TOO simple. But I’m all about giving things a try, so I gathered the ingredients and whipped it up in about 2 minutes. And boy, was I surprised! This creamer hits all the right notes: it’s creamy, frothy, a little bit sweet, and all-around delicious. The best part, in my opinion, is that it lacks the chemical-y aftertaste that you get with many commercial creamers.

Another big plus about making your own creamer is that you can customize it to your own tastes. Maybe you love the flavor of vanilla, but you think store-bought vanilla creamers are too sweet. Just add a bit of vanilla powder to your creamer, and cut back on the amount of sugar you add. So simple! Here’s how to make your own powdered coffee creamer at home.

Homemade Powdered Creamer

Ingredients:

*Author’s Note: We used non-fat milk powder because we had it on hand, but whole-fat milk powder gives a richer, creamier taste!

Instructions:

Combine the milk powder, powdered sugar, and optional ingredient (if using) in a bowl, and whisk together.

Slowly pour the coconut oil into the mixture, and mix well with a whisk until there are no lumps left. (The coconut oil can be left out, but we think the creamy frothiness it adds is delicious!)

One of the best things about this homemade powdered creamer is that it is shelf-stable, so you can store it in an air-tight container in your cupboard or pantry for quite a while.

Put a scoop or two into your morning coffee for instant creamy deliciousness. But don’t stop there! In addition to hot coffee, you can also add a bit of powdered creamer to iced coffee, hot cocoa, a cup of cold milk, or any beverage that could use a creamy kick. :-)

How would you personalize your own homemade powdered creamer?
